ReviewScrap is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to extract publicly available product reviews from Amazon product pages. The Service provides tools to filter, enhance, and export reviews in various formats (Loox CSV, Okendo CSV, Excel CSV) for use in e-commerce stores.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Due to the digital nature of credits and their immediate availability upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once credits have been delivered to your account. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact us at support@reviewscrap.com within 14 days of purchase.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by ReviewScrap and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all websites or browser versions. Amazon may change its website structure at any time, which could temporarily affect the Service's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewScrap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits at the time of termination for cause (e.g., violation of these Terms) are forfeited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
