You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests received within this period will be processed promptly.
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account. Any reviews already extracted with those credits will remain available to you.
The 20 free credits provided upon installation are complimentary and not eligible for refund, as no payment was made.
