Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At ReviewScrap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, we make refunds easy and hassle-free.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:

  • The extension is not working as described and you are unable to extract reviews.
  • You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error.
  • Credits were deducted but no reviews were delivered due to a technical issue.
  • You are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@reviewscrap.com with:

  • Your email address associated with the purchase.
  • A brief description of the issue you experienced.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.

4. Refund Timeframe

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests received within this period will be processed promptly.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Credits After Refund

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account. Any reviews already extracted with those credits will remain available to you.

7. Free Credits

The 20 free credits provided upon installation are complimentary and not eligible for refund, as no payment was made.
