• Account Information: When you install the extension, a unique anonymous identifier is generated to track your credit balance. We do not require registration, email, or personal details to use the free tier.
• Payment Information: When you purchase credits, payment is processed by Paddle (our payment provider). We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information. Paddle handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics such as the number of reviews extracted, export formats used, and feature usage to improve the Service.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be transparent about what we do not collect:

• We do not collect your browsing history or track your activity outside of Amazon product pages.
• We do not collect personal information from the Amazon reviews you extract.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including managing your credit balance.

5. AI Enhancement Feature

If you opt into the AI review enhancement feature, the text of extracted reviews is sent to a third-party AI service for processing. This data is used solely for generating enhanced review text and is not stored permanently by the AI provider. No personal information from reviewers is included in these requests.

We use the following third-party services:

• Paddle: Payment processing. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Chrome Web Store: Extension distribution. See Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your credit balance and anonymous identifier are stored securely using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.sync). This data is synced across your Chrome browsers when you are signed into Chrome. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

8. Data Retention

We retain your anonymous account data (identifier and credit balance) for as long as you use the Service. If you uninstall the extension, locally stored data is automatically removed. You may request deletion of any server-side data by contacting us.

• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
